This Privacy Policy explains how Kelley Clan Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game ION: Lock the Ring (the "App"), published on Google Play.
We built ION to be simple, and our approach to your data is the same: we collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contacts through the App.
ION is delivered as a web-based application. When you load or play it, standard technical information may be processed automatically by our hosting provider and by the Google Play platform, including:
- Device and connection data such as IP address, device type, operating system, and engine version, recorded in routine server logs.
- Depending on your device and Android settings, an advertising identifier may be made available to the platform. ION does not access, use, or store this identifier for advertising or user profiling.
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate usage such as page loads and general traffic patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across other sites or apps; it may process your IP address to produce approximate, aggregated statistics. It is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not use Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies within the App.
Advertising
ION does not currently display ads.
How information is used
Any technical information described above is used only to deliver and load the game, keep the App secure and functioning, and diagnose technical problems.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Limited technical data may be handled by service providers who help us operate the App:
- Google Play (app distribution), governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which provides privacy-focused, aggregate analytics.
- Our web hosting provider, which processes routine server logs.
Because our service providers operate globally, technical information may be processed in countries other than your own.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Because the App does not maintain user accounts, we do not store personal profiles about you. Routine technical logs held by our providers are retained according to their standard practices. Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information processed in connection with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
ION is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will address it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete information and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
